Anyone who tells stories. Story coaching is for every level of writer and storyteller, from beginner to experienced. Story skills are usually the weakest skills for creative writers because story development craft is not really taught in MFA or most creative writing programs. And those writers who are "out there" on their own are left to wolves of the story-guru jungle to find their way as best they can. Consequently, it is critical that all writers find story help they can trust to improve their own story development craft. 

Unfortunately, there is no straightforward answer to this question. While the questionnaire has some clearly qualifying questions, there is no empirical standard for selection operating here. It's really subjective and "gut." So how do we know who to pick and who not to? All I can say is, "We know when we see it." 

The good news is that rejection doesn't mean anything about the applicant personally or creatively. In fact, applicants can come back and reapply as often as they like.

If your application is accepted, congratulations, for the next 30 or 90 days you will be drinking from the story development firehose.

If your application is rejected—you're a writer. Rejection is an old, familiar shoe. Move on and never take "no" for an answer—reapply.

All Writers Workflow / Storygeeks course materials and media output from coaching sessions are copyrighted and applicable laws apply to unauthorized use, duplication, or distribution of said materials. 

Or in plain English—sorry, no sharing.

Obviously if you do not want any video or audio recording of your person you have the right to request that and any such request will be honored.

This will make documenting your work and progress more difficult as we will only have email and written documents with redlined notes to track your progress. 

We can still do the video chats and meet virtually online, but there will be no record of those sessions.

Challenging, but doable.
